2. Service Description

KwikChat AI provides automated marketing, AI-driven conversational agents, customer inquiry resolution, and lead management tools integrated with Meta platforms (Instagram, WhatsApp) and Telegram.

3. Acceptable Use & Compliance

You agree to use KwikChat AI in compliance with all applicable laws and third-party platform terms:

• You will comply with the Meta Platform Terms, Instagram Community Guidelines, and WhatsApp Commerce & Business Policies.
• You will not send unsolicited bulk messages (spam), engage in abusive behavior, or transmit prohibited or illegal goods/content.
• You will respect consumer opt-outs, consent mechanisms, and 24-hour messaging window guidelines established by Meta.
• You are solely responsible for all content sent via your connected social accounts through automated flows.

4. Accounts & Subscription Billing

Certain features require a paid subscription. Billing is processed securely via authorized payment gateways. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Subscriptions will remain active until the conclusion of the paid billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & User Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data, customer communications, and branding. You grant KwikChat AI a limited license to host, transmit, and process this content solely to provide the services described.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation caused by third-party social media API outages or policy changes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KwikChat AI shall not be liable for indirect, punitive, or consequential damages.
